Project Description
Zone Change/Height District Change from [Q]C2-1-CDO and [Q]P-1-CDO to [Q]C2-2-CDO, Clarification of “Q” Condition, Site Plan Review, Conditional Use Permit (to allow alcoholic beverages for sale and consumption on premises and alcoholic beverages for sale and consumption off the premises), Signage Supplemental Use District, Vesting Tentative Tract Map concurrent hearings and consideration of the above requests. Community Design Overlay District (CDO), and Landscape Plan review. The Project would involve the demolition of all on-site uses and the development of approximately 504 condominium units (approximately 494,360 square feet of residential space) and approximately 452,400 square feet of retail uses (including, but not limited to, retail, restaurant and health club) on an 8.7-acre site.
