The Canoga Park-Winnetka-Woodland Hills-West Hills Community Plan was last updated in 1999. It is anticipated that the Department will begin a plan update process in 2021.

The area includes the neighborhoods of Canoga Park, Winnetka, Woodland Hills and West Hills.
