On September 13, 2016 staff hosted an EIR Scoping Meeting. The purpose of the meeting was for the public to provide comments on what they think we should analyze in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Proposed Plan. The Notice of Preparation describes the proposed project description (proposed Plan), including updates to land use use designations, improved zoning regulations, and updated goals of the plan. Handouts were distributed at four different stations at the Scoping Meeting and can be found by clicking on the title of this post.
